Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting Nexus Biolabs before the order has been processed and shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy.
