You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Biolabs and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product.

At Nexus Biolabs, we are committed to ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. Due to the nature of our products and for safety, handling, and quality-control reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or otherwise compromised after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect order or if the items delivered do not match the products you purchased, please contact our team promptly by email with your order details. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, Nexus Biolabs will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product(s) in your original order.

We recommend that all orders be carefully inspected upon arrival and that any discrepancies be reported as soon as possible.
